Battlefords RCMP have arrested a man after a robbery in North Battleford.
On July 14, around 12:45 p.m., RCMP received a report of a robbery at a business on the 1700 block of 100 Street in North Battleford.
The police investigation found that a man entered the business and stole merchandise. When approached, he threatened an employee with a knife.
RCMP located and arrested a 33-year-old man matching the description of the suspect nearby. They also located the stolen merchandise, a knife, and a hatchet in his possession.
RCMP are looking to identify a woman who was with the man during the robbery. She is described as wearing a black shirt, blue shorts, and a blue or purple backpack.
