Online booking has resumed for City of North Battleford recreational spaces after an incident with a phishing scam last week.
The booking for facilities and classes through the Parks and Recreation Department has now been restored. The city’s IT department has implemented enhanced authentication protocols for this software to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
City officials remind the public that they will not request banking or credit card information through email. If you receive an email that looks similar to the one below, delete it immediately.
