An 18-year-old was wearing makeshift body armour beneath their clothing when arrested at a North Battleford home, according to the Saskatchewan Marshals Service (SMS).
Officers also seized a rifle cartridge and imitation brass knuckles.
The arrest occurred around 10:45 a.m. on Oct. 20. The person was wanted on an outstanding warrant for allegedly breaching court-ordered conditions while under community supervision and electronic monitoring.
The 18-year-old was charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and failing to comply with a release order.
The service said GPS location information from electronic monitoring, along with information provided by North Battleford Community Corrections, helped the officers make the arrest.
