Three youth have been charged after an assault at a business in North Battleford.
In the early morning of Dec. 15, Battlefords RCMP received a report of an assault at a business on 100 Street.
The investigation determined a group of individuals assaulted an adult man. The man received medical treatment for injuries described as serious in nature.
Saskatchewan RCMP’s Police Dog Service were engaged and tracked to a residence on 99th Street, where three youth were arrested.
As a result of the investigation, all three 17-year-old men were charged with aggravated assault. Youth will not be identified as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
All three men are scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on December 16.
